Corporate Communication Planning

By Arrangement

Service Description

Services in this area are provided through a division of Roger Fry & Company - PRLogic.

Our consultants use unique logical models to assist an organisation to plan and prioritise communications strategies.

Service Outline

  • The starting point of the model is the list of aims of the organisation, or if a single project is involved, the outcomes required.
  • Strategies to give appropriate messages to audiences essential to the achievement of these aims are developed, and costed.
  • Priorities to fit available resources are then decided to produce an annual, or project based, strategy.
  • The model is applied in stages, making sure of client agreement at each stage. In this way the final program is acceptable to the client, without the need for debate at the expense of time and money.

Our public relations advice has been used by ICI Australia, CSIRO, John Lysaght, CIG, Victorian Arts Centre Building Committee, BHP, Monash University, Telecom Research Laboratories, Woolmark, CUB, and many government instrumentalities, industry and professional organisations, and companies from the commercial and manufacturing sectors.

Fees are quoted on a project-stage basis, or for work involving only one or two meetings, on an hourly rate.
