  • Back up Service for Managers

    With the increasing responsibility of 'on line' managers to counsel or interview their staff rather then pass problems across to a personnel 'expert', we offer a support service to managers with difficult staff members or supervisors.

    This service is to advise the manager on how to handle the problem person, and, at arm's length, to monitor progress of the manager's interviews with the person.

    It is recognised that many managers have had little opportunity to learn interview skills for handling problem staff members, and consequently avoid communicating in a meaningful way, or exacerbate problems by poor communication.

    Even performance assessment interviews with a difficult person can be a traumatic event with unsatisfactory outcomes.

  • Personal Counselling

    Our counselling service is of particular value to executives, managers and anyone who works in business or government because of Roger Fry's experience as a consultant in these areas, as well as his background as a counselling psychologist.

    Roger Fry is registered with the Psychologists Registration Board of Victoria, giving him the legal requirements to undertake this work and conduct any type of testing whether intelligence, aptitude, achievement or diagnostic. This gives you a complete back up to problem resolution, decision making, and difficulties at work or outside of work.

The sessions usually last 1 - 1.5 hours and are charged on a fee for time basis.
