In 2008 we are running two mixed group seminars - one in Handling the Media, and the other in Speechwriting.
Handling the Media
An opportunity to see why the Roger Fry & Company media courses have stayed as front-runners in Australia for some 25 years. This course has been presented many times in Adelaide - to groups from the chemical industry, public health, telecommunications, oil and gas, and emergency services.
We have kept ahead of the field by modifying course content to match the ever changing media needs, and to make use of increasingly effective training methods.
This seminar will incorporate a large practical component in which participants will get a chance to use skills which have been explained and demonstrated.

Speechwriting
Frday 1st August.
This program consistently gives participants immediate benefts - better speeches, fewer redrafts, and less time spent on research and writing. The presenter is Richenda Rudman who is a professional speechwriter as well as being a senior trainign consultant for Roger Fry & Company.
The course is based on a methodical approach - with logical steps from briefing, formulating a theme, substantiating and preparing an outline. The second half of the course gives specific tips for writers - remembering that speeches need a writing style to be heard, not read.
