While most of our programs are arranged for specific clients, we do hold some 'mixed group' training seminars. These are given below. If the dates are unsuitable, we can always arrange an in house program for you providing you have a minimum of three participants.
Handling the Media
We have been presenting this course in Perth for 20 years. Have you done it yet? Despite many attempts to copy our analysis of media interviews and our training methods, organisations are still sending their senior people to learn from us. Why? We modestly think we are still leading the field - constantly innovating and developing simpler formulae for success.
We have logical preparation sheets - so that newsmakers can plan out what positive message they want to give, and how to word it so that it makes a quotable quote. We demonstrate each practical task so that participants can discuss it before trying it themselves.
In the question-and-answer situations, out watertight answer format (MBE) is widely imitated - why not lrearn it from the originators, and see how it can be applied to many other question-and-answer situations?
We give each person a DVD of their practical exercises. Video work is based on university level research we have done on the best way to use video feedback with adult learning.

Speech Writing
The outcomes for this course are quicker results and better speeches. This is one of the few courses available in this specialised and difficult form of writing. The presenter is a professional speechwriter, Richenda Rudman, who continually gets feedback that the skills she teaches are logical and practical.
The program covers all stages of speechwriting - from the original briefing session (if it exists) through to research, planning and writing. Many partiicpants in this course are already good writers, but they don't have the specific skills needed to write for listeners, rather than readers.
Richenda gives many examples and practical exercises. Participants can bring their own topic for use in their practical work.
